The following questions are designed to help us get to know you better.  If some of them seem odd or intrusive, it is merely our attempt to minimize potential legal risk since, unfortunately, such things must be considered these days.

Why an Application?

As discussed in the section on ideology, any group of this nature (Coven, House, Circle, etc.) is an energetically intimate prospect.  As such, the members must energetically and personally mesh well together to maintain the balance necessary for all to work as it should.  An application may, at first, appear to be terribly impersonal.  However, experience has shown that it can be a wealth of information from which to launch discussion and potential friendship. 

Please understand that the application is just the start of things.  After the application is received a response from the House will follow.  From that point some sort of on-line communication will be encouraged and if both parties are still interested and willing, a face to face meeting will be arranged.  Inclusion in House Konatus is a commitment all parties must take seriously.
